Sanctum on the Green's Luke Thomas has helped The Truants UK raise more than £1m for three children's charities.

The 20-year-old completed a 100-mile cycle over three days with the team in Cambodia to support the work of Nordoff-Robbins, Teenage Cancer Trust and Childline.
Luke has so far raised a personal total of more than £1,500 and The Truants UK, which began as a small group of friends determined to help children's charities, has now surpassed its million pound goal.
The money raised from the Cambodia trip was combined with donations collected on previous rides in Egypt, Cuba and Morocco, as well as charity golf days.
"It was absolutely amazing considering I was quite nervous about the heat and humidity in a country like Cambodia" said the head chef.
"It was one of the most amazing experiences.
"It opens your eyes to another world and it makes you realise how lucky you actually are.
"The toughest part was probably towards the end of the route when it was off road, cycling in the heat.
"There wasn't a lot of hills but a lot of it was off-road and there weren't many trees so we were exposed to the heat and humidity.
"It makes it so difficult but it was such a sense of achievement when you go through the banner at the end of the route."
"It's great giving something back, especially doing it for such a great cause.
"It feels very special and I am 100 per cent doing it again next year."
After enjoying a break from cooking, Sanctum's chef is now back in the kitchen and said things were going well in Luke's Dining Room.
